Description
The street in front of my house is sinking. When I exit my vehicle during and after rain storms I am standing in water over my ankles. The whole 4600 block is the worst street in Richmond. My family and friends comment on how bad the road is. I have damage to my vehicle from trying to maneuver the street. It is also dangerous to pedestrians as the vehicles large when trying to drive down the street.
