Description

Consistent trash on sidewalks, roads, alleys, and washing into storm drains on P Street between 25th and 28th St. Most dropped by people walking down P street from the corner stores on 25th. A public trash can in this area would go a long way in reducing the amount of trash build up and the trash that gets washed into the storm drains.
