Description
Nov. 1, 2021 - Approximately 2:40 PM - Man seen next to a sign overhanging the Bryan Park Overpass on Bellevue Avenue with a "F**K BIDEN" sign hanging over the overpass of Interstate 95 heading South. The profanity was alarming and very visible to anyone driving on 95 South passing under that overpass. I was driving, so could not get a picture to upload. Isn't this illegal to post a sign on public property like that with visible profanity?
