Description

The water meter hole cover doesnt fit. I just saw an older lady’s leg go completly through the lid and she ended up twisting her ankle when she fell through the hole up to her hip. Plot twist, it was me. The hole is too big for the lid and the lid is often flipped on its side. Please help save the next old lady or little kid from getting sucked into the underground!

    his request is not relate to DPU Storm Water Utility Division. Request should have been forwarded to DPU Customer Service or Water Distribution. Robert Sutherlin is the Superintendent for Water Distribution but the description has been changed to Storm General Complaint causing the request to come to DPU Storm Water Utility Division. One email has been sent to Mr. Sutherlin.
