Description
There are multiple and sporadic asphalt chunks being left in the road from the current paving activities ongoing in the area. I have seen / hit these hazardous obstacles on Forest Hill Ave, Stony Point Rd, and Huguenot Rd in and around the area currently being paved in the Huguenot neighborhood (Richmond 4th district).
