Description

huge city tree limb fell on the street. Citizen tried to move it little away from the middle of the street but it is blocking where the vehicles are parked. Citizen also added that in the last 30 years he has been living there. 4 times cars hit by tree limbs and two were totaled so this is extremely urgent.
