Description

There is a large bush / small tree overhanging the sidewalk at the intersection of E Marshall, 21st, and Jefferson streets. It is on the southeast corner of the intersection. It blocks sightlines for road users northbound on 21st and westbound on Marshall. It needs to be pruned back or removed entirely
