Description
This is a very dangerous intersection. 1) the >90 degree turns in both directions on Three Chopt make turning from Honaker dangerous, particularly left across traffic. Needs to be right turn only onto Three Chopt here. 2) southeast three Chopt traffic turning left onto Honaker cuts across all lanes bc Honaker is so wide. Honaker needs median or cones to divide lanes, show drivers where to turn left. Horns, screeching tires, accidents and near-misses every single day.

Advance intersection ahead warning signs were installed earlier on Three Chopt Rd approaching Honaker Ave in both directions. No further actions are planned at this time.
