    Citizen left VM checking status on tree pruning. Also citizen stated a branch is hanging low. I sent an email to the Arborist and also called Ms. Cosner to confirm I received her voicemail.

    Citizen called to check status of cutting down a limb that is hanging. I told Ms. Cosnar I would send the Arborist a email. I made her aware that pruning would be down by our contractor.
