Description
The pavement situation of the entire 4800-4900 block of Park Ave between Chantilly & Spokane needs to be addressed. There are potholes that are now filling with a continuous stream of groundwater. We have lived here for 14 years and watched nearly every street around us be paved except this section of Park Ave. It even received a failing grade on the recent City study of streets and needs to be addressed immediately. Please see the attached video, it shows the water leaking from our street. A couple of weeks ago a crew came to fill potholes thinking that would solve this problem. As you can see it did not and we will soon have a major issue. On top of that the storm drain at the end of the street has been raised by a tree root and this water does not drain. A 19% raise in home assessment this year in addition to all of the increases in the past certainly warrant a suitable road to live on.
