Description
Signage needed to stop drivers from parking in an area that blocks exit or entry to alleyway. 500 block N 1st Street odd side of street. On several occasions the only way to exit or enter the alley was to traverse the bike lane. How no parking lettering written on the pavement. It is also difficult if a vehicle is parked blocking the alley and a vehicle is parked on the even side of the street exiting the alley becomes more difficult or impossible
