Description

I'm a resident of Riverside on the James and the builders of the Lock Towers promised resurfacing of "our driveway," 10th Street south of Byrd Street, once construction was completed. It's full of holes and uneven pavement. Is there a way to get this on your agenda? Just the block between Byrd and Haxall Point.
