Description

The sidewalk & road edge on 2nd St from Hospital Street to Valley Rd is full of vegetation and tree limbs hanging in the road that hit your vehicle when you come down the middle of 2nd St. Last night someone threw garbage from one end of this block to the other. If someone wants to come down this road in a wheelchair it’s not accessible. It’s dangerous and all of this garbage will wash down and block the draina. The city needs to come out here on a regular basis and clean it up! we pay taxes too
