Description
I know as arborists you must love trees- seeing this one breaks your heart. Dominion cut this tree back and removed so much as to make it treacherous. It's split into two branches on each side of the line, one extending all alone 40-50ft above the line. There is no way it's stable or healthy. This block has dozens of children who pass under this tree all day. Besides risk, the tree looks disfigured and disrespected. I can't imagine Dominion wants to maintain it anyway, put her out of her misery!
