Description

Greetings I purchased a residential lot at 320 E Fells St and it was brought to my attention by the surveyor that there is an alley between 320 E Fells St and 1701 Montero St. This alley is to service both 1700 & 1701 Monterio and 320 E Fells St. This alley provides access to Dominion to service electric polls also to allow city workers access to service alley for trash removal and pick up. Also for repairs.
