Description
In the 2700 block, staring in Alley behind Garland Ave Bap. Church, down alley by 2710 garland Ave. The alley is a complete mess. There are large holes & puddles of water, that never goes away. It does not have to rain, & there will still be puddles. Some time ago, the city dug up the alley between 2708 & 2710 and now there is a puddle of water, that never has gone away between those two properties. Please, have some one fix these hazards, as soon as possible, before the winter arrives.
