Description

Graffiti is on wall in back yard, along with GARBAGE, both viewable to multiple properties. Trash outside for months, and complaint was made before. Complaint from other concerned person was closed/ignored. It WILL become a complaint from multiple property owners if garbage is not removed (and graffiti fixed,) as it will be a problem with rodents, etc. The owner is not caring for property at all. Property is vacant, and the weeds, etc. are also problematic for all around. Owner: 432 Laurel St.
