Description
Caller needs to discuss the traffic light on Fairfield and Mech. he states the traffic backs up on Mechanicsville and there's no traffic coming out of Fairfield going across holds you for a long time but there's no traffic coming out from there. This happens often especially peak hours. Caller states it maybe a timing issue or censor issue but the main street should get so backed up
