Follow-up on status; Caller states a large tree branch fell yesterday on the sidewalk and the area has a lot of foot traffic. Caller states he moved the branch from the sidewalk which is now in his yard. He is requesting to have this requested escalated to avoid damage to his home or a branch falling and hurting a citizen. Email sent to CSR manager for escalation.
