Description

Home owner keeps piling mounds of dirt (debris from yard excavation) around the bases of several city trees. We’ve cleared away twice so that the flare of the tree is partially visible however home owners keep piling it right back up. Owners are also using the tree on the front of the property to house a huge chain link that they use to secure their mopeds as they have taken all their yard space to garden. Need the chain office tree. The gravel/volcanic dirt pulled away from all city trees.
