Description
There is a gravel pit in the sidewalk outside of New York Deli. Yesterday I saw a man in a motorized wheelchair who was stuck in the pit. Two men needed to lift him and his chair and carry him out. This is completely shameful, and a pit of rocks is not an acceptable temporary solution.
