Addition of a pedestrain crossing at the corner of 4th St. & Hull Street. The closest pedestrain crossing is at either 1st street and Hull or 7 blocks up to 7th street and hull. Requesting a pedesitrain crossing somewhere between those locations given the new residental and business construction in the area.
