Description

Pine tree struck by lightning; city came but refused at that time to remove tree. It is worst than it was. Unbelievable amount of dead pine needles constantly. I have put up with this mess for 14 years!! There are dead branches + many branches overhanging my roof. It is past time for removal. I request again someone come look and approve removal. Thank you
