Description

Mr. Duclos reporting that the entire road at 910 N 4th St, 23219 is a huge mess and damaging the cars as there are numerous potholes. It is all the way from Shockoe Hill Cemetery to the highway. Additional locations are hospital street which turns into west hill (by Calhoun recreation area) is so bad that they avoid it completely as you can lose the tire.

    M Per W.D repairs have been complete in the area. But roadway needs to repaved. 10-13-21
