Description
Trees are limiting the sight distance for vehicles turning onto or crossing Hull Street at 29th. Specifically, trees block the view to the left from vehicles on 29th beside 2900 Hull Street. The location of the stop sign is also in a place where even less can be seen to the left due to a non-conforming building, leading drivers to ease forward past the stop sign to see to the left.
