    All-way stop installations must meet the criteria in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). This is a federal manual used by all fifty states to evaluate traffic control devices for streets open to public travel. I have reviewed these intersections and they don’t meet the conditions set forth in the MUTCD for all-way stops.
