Description
Broken wine bottles and other garbage are littering the alley, right behind the Byrd Theater. The parking lot off Sheppard and Sheppard St are also littered with broken bottles and trash (the pictures show the garbage after it was swept out of the alley). Other businesses on this block have video of a recycle or trash truck making the mess around 4am 10/6
