Description

tree is in failure approx. The tree is overgrown for the area. Roots are up rooting side walks . Tree is dropping debris and branches on house and property. Because the tree is in failure it could cause serious damage in a storm or w/ the on set of winter. More importantly young children and older people are endangered, because of enormous branches falling that could cripple or kill! They are devaluing the community. Tree were meant to beautify the community but this tree is dropping nuts
