    M Response from the Arborist S. Lilly: This limb is pretty well hung-up in the tree and will take some work to remove. I’ve posted No Parking signs for Wednesday so that we have room to get a bucket truck in there. I’ll give Mr. Warren a call. Sam Lilly City Arborist
