Description

The tree next to our apartment has branches weighing down several power lines, some of the branches have snapped and fallen on cars below and look like they are about to break the lines. We had dominion energy come out and they said the power lines belong to the city and that this was very dangerous and needs to be assessed immediately. Please help! Thank you!
