See photo. From the Nicholson St / E Main St intersection go down Wharf St to the cobblestone parking lot near the river. The area in the photo needs to be repaired. Cobblestone roads, parking lots, etc. are one of the things that make Richmond special. Thank you for maintaining the cobblestone areas in the city.
