Description
Someone has removed this sign. It now looks like the handicap parking sign covers the entire block from 4th Street to 3rd Street. I have submitted a picture of the pole from which the sign is missing. The other picture is of handicap sign which they did not remove. We have severe parking problems in Manchester and this person who removed the sign complicated things for us. Thanks for your help in getting the sign back up.
