Description
The signal needs to be retimed, not enough green time is assigned to the approaches on lombardy. It doesnt matter what time of day. The cycle length on lombardy consistently doesnt serve enough cars while there are never any cars waiting on Brook. Sometimes the light will be green on brook and no cars will be there at all, and lombardy in both directions is stacked up very long and it takes multiple cycles to get through on lombardy. Please adjust the timing or fix the detection.
