Description
A sign was installed earlier this week. However, the sign crew did not install it with adequate visibility so it can be seen in advance of the sign. It is installed very nearly behind another sign, and or is behind a tree so, even at 25MPH, the sign cannot be seen from more than 60' before it. The sign should be installed father south on 24th Street, otherwise it is virtually invisible and unenforceable.
