The westbound traffic along this corridor of Jefferson has zero incentive to slow down when going through this traffic circle, leading to dangerous conditions for pedestrians attempting to cross or for vehicles trying to cross onto a numbered street. Additional bumpouts, speed bumps, and/or signage is needed.
