Description
I’m not sure if this dying sycamore tree is on public property that is part Battery Park, or on the property of Mount Herman Baptist Church. But, a large dead branch is now a couple of inches above a power line and the tree has been leaning closer to the powerline over the last couple of years. A number of branches have already fallen. When the tree or the branch comes down, it will bring lines and poles down with it.
