Description
Caller states someone came in the mentioned areas and cut hanging branches over power lines with no notification to residents. The trees are left unsightly to the neighborhood and would like have someone to come out and maintain the trees. Streets involved 26th & 27th of East Marshall & Franklin Street; E Grace Street between 25th and 28th; E Broad Street between 25th & 28th Street
