Description

Vehicles travel at speeds far exceeding the 25 mph speed limit, that includes cars, trucks (large and small), school busses and motor cycles. The stop sign for drivers on Highland St. is seldom obeyed, creating frequent near misses. Tractor trailers use Carolina as if it were a highway. Pedestrians are at risk if being struck. A small traffic circle and/or speed humps are needed!!
