2nd citizen called in regarding same tree (Melinda Lambert) where the tree is in front of her home. The sidewalk is buckled, the tree roots are coming out of the ground, caller can't open driver side door, two large tree trunk branches fell yesterday and missed citizen's car. Caller said she had just left and if she was there she there would have been major damage to car. Tree is completely dead, and is requesting to escalate and have tree cut down.

Caller states the tree trunks has grown to point that caller can't open the driver side of her door. Caller states this request has been in since 9/21 and it is very frustrating, email sent to CSR manager
