Description

due to tenant move out there is an accumulation of trash at this location including food stuff and it is causing a rat problem. This mess has been there for at least 4 weeks if not longer. The owner of the property or the manager should be responsible for this. However, that is not the case. Can the City please step in and clear this debris?
