Description
Multiple neighbors on the 2700 block of Barton would like a speed hump installed like the one recent installed on Lamb. People frequently use Barton for drag-racing type driving, seeing how fast they can accelerate, at times going the wrong way down the one-way street at high speeds. Multiple neighbors have had their cars hit at least 5 times. Small kids and pets live on the street. It's scary and a major safety issue.
