Description

We need a speed hump on the 2700 block of 4th Avenue. People constantly speed and run the stop sign. They do not follow the 25 MPH speed limit. The speeding is out of hand. Cars go 45-50 MPH down the street and in addition skipping the stop sign. I have contacted the police department for enforcement of the 4 way stop, but they do nothing. This is my second request to RVA311. Please do not suggest that I contact police, I already have and they do nothing.
