Ms. Gittman reporting tree dropping limbs and appears to be dead and she would like to either get it pruned or take it down. Utility lines right beside the tree

    due to utility wires work will need to be performed by contractor. tree removal is warranted.

    Follow up : The citizen states that the stump was removed but the area needs to be cleaned. Pieces of the stump were left laying around, after removal.
