Description

I have contacted Dominion Energy and they came out to assess the tree. They recommended contacting Richmond City because the tree is not yet causing issue with the power line but is causing issue with the cable line. Tree is also growing into my porch and causing the sidewalk to be infested with spider webs. I can barely park in the front of my home and instead have to drive around back because the webs are growing rapidly.
