Description
A group of homeless men have taken over the bus stop at Cary and Blvd (Stop ID: 619) and are constantly blocking sidewalk, blocking and panhandling in the street, disrupting traffic, removing temporary parking signs causing residents to be ticketed, leaving garbage and food waste on sidewalk daily, defecating/urinating on nearby alley and properties, and harassing residents. This has been going on for several months now, with no attempts by City to address.
