Description

Waste has been accumulating behind 102 S Arthur Ashe Blvd for weeks. The waste appears to be a mix of residential waste from 100 and 102 S Arthur Ashe (separate buildings/owners) and from nearby Momotaro Sushi. There were previously residential recycling cans nearby but those have been removed. It's unclear now if 100 S Arthur Ashe has ANY actual cans or a dumpster for their residents. The closest cans are near 102 S Arthur Ashe. These buildings NEED to provide adequate receptacles. Please help.
