Description
Last request, DPW000077782, says complete but I have no indication anything was done. People continue to speed down Salem St. often missing the stop sign at Salem St. and Nelson St. Please install speed bumps along Salem St. but particularly between Winchell St. and Nelson St. or contact me to tell me why this cannot be done. The last request I made about this states there is a work order attachment #117304 but I do not see this info on the RVA 311 website for review. Cityworks ID 443430. Thanks

- Staff · October 1, 2021Salem stops at Williamsburg Road and at Nelson St. Existing 25mph signs are present in each direction. Speed tables are not planned but DPW can switch the Stop signs at Winchell St if the neighborhood andthe local Council Representative support the change.
