Description
The gutters in the 5500 block of Queensbury Road are in terrible shape. They are buckled; grass is growing in them; and the water cannot flow to drains. Hence, there is stagnant water at time that is unhealthy and smells. I am constantly having to use a weed eater or hand weed the gutter to try to get some flow going. This has been a problem for quite awhile, and we've been told in the past that it can't be done that year because it wasn't in the budget. We've waited a very long time. Pls fix.
