Description
Meadow street is a busy st. On the block between monument and WGS, there are also two active alleys. Parking currently is on the east side, which means that it doesnt impede traffic flow. a car was parked on the west side, and traffic coming from the northside had to wait for oncoming traffic to pass before they could manouevre around it, this backing up the traffic behind them which then backs up to broad street. Today two cars are parked there. This whole side needs a no parking sign.
