Description

A tree and vines have fallen into the right or way and is blocking nearly one half of the road. It is very dangerous because someone did cut a large limb that extended from the trunk, but part of it is still in the right of way and is obscured by the leaves. If a passing car tried to pass thought the greenery, the limb would take out their wind shield
